Christian-Oliver Moser

Christian-Oliver Moser studied Law in Berlin from 1990 to 1995. In this period, he collected valuable experience at law practices in Germany and the USA. He completed his clerkship in Berlin and New York.
 
From 1998, he worked for the Berlin office of the practice Knauthe Paul Schmitt (currently Knauthe Eggers Rechtsanwälte) for more than seven years, where he established media law as a new field for the practice with colleagues in 2002.
In July 2005, Julia Bezzenberger and Christan-Oliver Moser founded Moser Bezzenberger.

He is a regular lecturer on media and press law for various institutions and organizations. In 2008, he received his accreditation as Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (roughly: Specialist Solicitor for Industrial Property Law.) He is a member of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (GRUR).
 
The foci of his work are press, trademark, competition and internet law.
