


Eva Frauenschuh, nee Reinecke, studied Law from 1990 to 1995 in Berlin and Freiburg. Following six months in Florence, she completed her clerkship in Berlin, Cape Town and Sydney. Following her education, she worked as an independent lawyer at the Vinck-Hertin law firm, emphasizing media and copyright law.
From January 1999 to September 2007, Eva Frauenschuh was in the employ of the legal department of Axel Springer AG as a corporate attorney.
Starting in October 2007, she now works for Moser Bezzenberger as a lawyer. Media, copyright and internet law are the foci of her occupation.
Ms. Frauenschuh has conducted media-law seminars at the Evangelischen Medienakademie (Berlin), the Akademie für Publizistik (Hamburg/Rostock) and for the Axel Springer publishing house. For the Steinbeis-Hochschule, she held a course on labor and business law, and for the IHK Berlin a course „Lehrgang Verlagsfachwirte, Fach: Recht“.
