Julia Bezzenberger

Julia Bezzenberger studied Law at Freie Universität Berlin. After completing both State Examinations, she went to graduate school at University of Cape Town, completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 1998. The focus of her thesis was international and European media law.

From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a lawyer for the law firm Hertin, a German leader in the field of media and copyright law.

In 2005, Julia Bezzenberger founded the Moser Bezzenberger law firm with lawyer Christian-Oliver Moser.

Julia Bezzenberger is member of the Fachanwaltsausschuss für Urheber- und Medienrecht at Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin and of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (GRUR). Her work focuses on copyright, press and media law.
